Business Administration Manager (Finance and Projects)

My role in the team is focused on processing, analysing and forecasting the finances, to ensure we have insight on how to effectively manage our budgets. I also act as a support service to those delivering projects: providing PMO guidance, initiating/closing projects and liaising with our clients.

I have had the fortunate opportunities to work in both the private and public sector, working across business administration and project management; I have supported various projects including experiential marketing, Corporate Nursing, construction and co-design, all with budgets ranging from £100 to £6.5m. Furthermore, I bring a key element of financial management that helps navigate our decision-making process from a well-informed perspective.

During my career I have a desire to do something that makes a difference to our world, whether that be small or large. Working at Thrive by Design feels like using my skills and experience to enable our project leads to enact the change needed in healthcare and digital innovation. Being able to see the feedback, and the impact our team is making is a great experience that brings joy to my work.
