Evidence and Evaluation Lead

I lead, develop and embed research and evaluation in the work we do at Thrive by Design, making sure we demonstrate impact in projects and across the wider team as well as synthesising outputs and outcomes to disseminate learning widely.  

I am a keen researcher with a BSc Psychology (BPS accredited) & MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and specialises in research methods and design. I’ve worked on a variety of topics in multiple fields of Psychology and also have experience in the telecommunication industry.  I enjoy working at Thrive by Design as the work we do has an impact and makes a difference which is extremely rewarding.
