Service Designer & Researcher

I am a service designer and researcher with a wealth of experience supporting organisations to evaluate, design and deliver services based on the needs of different users. 

My experience and skills are grounded in co-design and creative engagement, having spent over ten years as a freelance creative engagement consultant and design researcher, working in areas such as: community engagement, education and art in healthcare. 

More recently my work has focused on supporting the digital transformation of public services for the Scottish Government and working with local authorities and third sector organisations to use design thinking tools and methodologies to evaluate and re-design multidisciplinary support pathways for people who experience domestic abuse.
