Project Manager - Inclusive co-design marketing & events

Faryal has a varied role supporting the team at Thrive by Design, inclusive of supporting ongoing projects as well as the delivery of project communications, learning programmes and raising the profile of our work via campaigns to influence the system-wide change for digital inclusion in health and care services. 

She has experience of working within NHS services in varied roles ranging from clinical to project management. From working within clinical services to support Psychological Therapy as well as project delivery in partnership with academic services to improve digital innovation, inclusion and accessibility. Faryal has also worked with children as well as adults bringing a vast amount of knowledge from varied services to support the team to deliver digital solutions for all stakeholders. She has found working in innovation and project service development roles rewarding and enjoys implementing research into structural changes to deliver a service that is streamlined and serving a purpose to service users.
