Deputy Director of Inclusive Co-design

Kirstin is a researcher with 10 years experience of user centred research and design in health. She is passionate about improving the patient experience by working with stakeholders to co-design solutions and using iterative methods to evaluate and test what is created. She has keen interests in digital literacy and inclusion, health literacy and accessibility.

At Thrive by Design, Kirstin leads on the delivery and dissemination of digital co-design and discovery projects, actively using our established methodologies across a variety of NHS, public sector and academic-led projects. Having previously held a senior role in a research and communications agency, Kirstin brings a wealth of consultancy and training skills to the team.
