Health Inequalities Academy - one year on

On 21 and 22 June the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership held a two-day virtual event to celebrate one year of the Health Inequalities Academy. The virtual event brought partners together to explore its progress to date, share learning, and outline the continued approach toward closing the health and wellbeing gap across West Yorkshire.
